"We bought a timeshare four years ago. In the beginning all was nice, until we were sold a "necessary upgrade", and we started realizing things were not as they have led us to believe. I also found out through travel sites, that anybody could enjoy a week at the same.resort for the same money it'll cost the owners, but without the monthly "mortgage"or the maintenance fees we pay. When I became disable and our income was reduced considerably, we couldn't rent it or sell it, like they tell you in the presentation. We felt vulnerable and totally taken advantage off. I was skeptical about Orlando Ventures being able to help us get out of that contract, but they did!! They explained the process, our rights,, our obligations, and they Gave us a nine months time frame for us to see results. Less than five months later we received a letter from the timeshare company that our contract was cancelled. Chelsea, our counselor, followed up our case closely, and was always available to answer my questions in a professional and courteous manner. I am very thankful and happy with the results. This company was able to force the time share resort that I had two contracts with, to cancel both contracts. "I called **redacted name** resort intending to sell our timeshares, and was told all these wonderful things about renting my time share .we paid a fee for the company to sell our Timeshares. I was told numerous times that they would be selling it very shortly. "Orlando Ventures, LLC provided direct instruction on filing dispute letters with the Owner Services for **redacted name** aka **Redacted Name**, that led to a Mutual Agreement Release between the company and myself. While I still owed an outstanding balance, I secured through the dispute letters my freedom from the amount owed and from any future liability for annual maintenance fees either to me or my heirs. I was extremely happy that this proceeding has ended in less than a year. Orlando Ventures, LLC accommodated my desire to complete at this level and not go further to secure any monies from my timeshare owners. I can now retire knowing this debt and future debt has been eliminated!"

"To whom it may concern Margaret and I bought our first and only time share in 2008. After a short time we learned of the "deed in perpetuity clause" in the boiler plate. The clause caused us a lot of concern and we began to attempt to sell, as we did not like the idea of our children being burdened with financial responsibilities with which they had nothing to do with. The reason being if something like an accident or illness could remove us from this earth and the time share would be placed in our estate and make our children owners even though their names were not on the deed.After being scammed once for approximately $500 (not a great amount) you feel differently when you get nothing in return. We also attended many presentations from companies who wanted thousands of dollars (5-8)K to get us out of our time share ownership. We even tried selling/giving it back to the owners of the time share but they did not want it back. Finally, by divine providence, we met Mr. Tom D of **Redacted Name** and we felt confident that he was a truthful and upstanding gentleman also a good Christian person. Everything he told us proved to be true. He also said if his company did not sell our unit within six month"
